In most applications, a user can shift-right-click on the app in the taskbar, and click on move in the popup context menu, followed by using the arrow keys to move the application back onto the visible screen. Once the option is selected use the arrow keys to bring the window back to its place. Closing the app via the Task Manager doesn't fix it. Using the arrow keys select the action that you want to perform (preferably, move if it is off screen). Your mouse pointer will change to have 4 arrows. Find the plunger pins on the inside of the window screen, usually located near the bottom. Ctrl + Alt + will rotate your display 90 to the right. Ctrl + Alt + will rotate your display 90 to the left. Just use the arrow keys to go to the desired option and press Enter. Try rotating your screen with keyboard shortcuts. Press Alt + Space to open the System Menu which shows many options including restore, close, minimize, maximize, size and move. Note that the app window will still be not visible. I have two monitors plugged into my dock in both settings, which are both different manufacturer than those I have at home. Ensure you choose the off-screen window as the active window. A couple days a week I transition into the office from home, this involves bringing my dock and laptop in. I am observing that Mattermost can become 'stuck' off screen when changing setups with multiple monitors.
